What is InWeGo and how does it work?

InWeGo is a catalogue of service providers and a way for clients and specialists to connect. Clients search for providers by category, city and other filters, browse profiles and reviews and get in touch directly; providers publish listings for their services. The platform is not a party to your arrangements: you agree on terms, timing and payment directly with each other.

How much does it cost to use the platform?

It is free for everyone. Searching, browsing listings and profiles, publishing services, chatting and leaving reviews cost nothing. There are no commissions, subscriptions, paid promotion or built-in payments on the platform.

Can I use it without registering?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can search for services and browse listings, provider profiles and reviews without an account, and contact a provider using the contact details they have made public. An account is needed for the built-in chat, favorites, posting reviews and publishing your own services.

How do I find the right specialist?

Accepted Answer

Use the search: enter a query, pick a category or subcategory, a city and a search radius, and narrow down by price, minimum rating, service languages and work format (on-site visits, remote, at the provider's address) if needed. Results can be sorted by relevance, rating, distance, price or novelty.

How do I contact a provider?

Click "Contact" on the service card. You will see the contact details the provider has made public (phone, email, social networks) and a "Write in chat" button for messaging inside the platform. Chat requires signing in and confirming your email.

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

All payment happens directly between you and the provider, outside the platform. The price in a listing is indicative: agree on the final cost, currency and payment method with the provider. InWeGo does not accept payments, hold funds or charge commissions.

What should I do if there is a problem with a provider?

Accepted Answer

First try to resolve the issue directly in the chat. If that does not work, submit a complaint via the "Report" button on the service card or profile (available even without an account). All complaints are reviewed manually by the administration; violations can lead to measures up to blocking. Remember: the platform does not guarantee the quality of the services themselves, but it moderates content and responds to complaints.

How do I publish my service?

Register, go to "My services" and click the create button. Fill in the title, description, category, address and the "how you can help" items, and optionally add photos and a price. After manual moderation the listing becomes visible in the catalogue. You can have up to 5 active listings at a time; archived ones do not count towards the limit.

Why is my service "under moderation" and how long does it take?

Every new listing and any substantial change is checked manually by an administrator — this protects the catalogue from spam and fraud. The check usually does not take long. If a listing is rejected, you will see the reason: fix the issues and submit it again.

How can I earn clients' trust?

Accepted Answer

Complete your profile: a photo, the "About" section, service languages, social links. Add a detailed description and good photos to your services, reply quickly in the chat and ask happy clients to leave reviews — the rating and review count are visible right in the catalogue.

Who can see my contact details and view statistics?

Accepted Answer

Contacts are visible only to the extent you allow: visibility of your phone, email, city and social links is controlled by toggles in your profile settings. View statistics for your services are visible only to you in "My services"; only visitors who consented to analytics cookies are counted.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the sign-in page click "Forgot password?" and enter your email — we will send a message with a link to set a new password. After the password changes, previous sessions become invalid.

Can I sign in with Google?

Accepted Answer

Yes, registration and sign-in via a Google account work in one click. If you do not have an account yet, it is created automatically, and your email is considered confirmed if Google has verified it.

Why confirm my email?

Accepted Answer

Confirmation protects your account and unlocks all features: without it the chat, reviews and favorites are unavailable. The confirmation link arrives after registration; you can request it again if needed.

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Deletion is available in your profile settings. By default it is a "soft" deletion: your profile and listings disappear from the platform, but the records are physically retained in the database. If you need full erasure of your data under the GDPR, send a request to support — the details are described in the Privacy Policy (/privacy).

Who can leave a review?

Accepted Answer

Any signed-in user with a confirmed email, except the owner of the service. One review per service is allowed — a rating from 1 to 5 stars and an optional text comment; you can edit your own review.

Why did my review not appear immediately?

Accepted Answer

All reviews go through manual pre-moderation and are published after approval by an administrator. If a review is rejected, you will see the reason.

What data does the platform collect about me?

Accepted Answer

Only what is needed for the service to work: account and profile data, your content and technical security data. The full list, purposes, retention periods and your rights are described in the Privacy Policy at /privacy. Usage statistics are collected anonymously and only with your consent — without a user identifier or IP address.

What do the categories in the cookie banner mean?

"Necessary" cookies handle sign-in, security and remembering your language — they cannot be disabled. "Analytics" is our own anonymised statistics (page opens, service views, searches, contact clicks) and works only after your consent. "External content (Google Maps)" allows the map on a service page to load automatically. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the site footer.

Why do I see a "Show map" button instead of the map?

You have not consented to the "External content (Google Maps)" category, so the map does not load automatically — when it loads, Google receives your IP address. Click "Show map" to load it once, or enable the category in "Cookie settings" so maps always load.
